We successfully completed on the off-market sale of a development opportunity in Hampton Wick, in January 2020.
The site was sold with the benefit of planning permission for conversion from one residential dwelling into seven flats overlooking Kingsfield Park, just over Kingston Bridge from Kingston.
Prior to planning permission, and once planning was obtained, RCL advised throughout the process, until the development site was sold on an unconditional basis. Following approaches to a select number of parties, a sale price surpassing the client’s expectations was achieved, aided by our tactful approach to the marketing.
