Meet the team
The key individuals assisting all clients are Ashley Brudenell and Matthew Whitworth. Energetic, friendly, customer focussed and importantly, decision makers in the running of the business.
Ashley qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2007, then working in the Investment & Development Department at Dunlop Heywood Lorenz. His commercial property client’s range is from private individuals to institutional investors, where he has advised on asset management, agency, investment and development acquisitions and development consultancy.
Recognising an opportunity in the London commercial property market, Matthew founded Randell Commercial to operate alongside sister Company, Randell Properties, established in 1960. Having worked for many years in the UK commercial financial sector, client satisfaction, clear communication and service are key factors Matthew ensures are adhered to, for our success.
A graduate from the University of Reading, with a degree in Real Estate, Mike joined the Randell Commercial team in 2018. Previous London commercial experience has incorporated occupier acquisitions and disposals, and additionally, shopping centre asset management.
